Why FFHE?

During expeditions to Mexico, we witnessed the peoples endless shortage of necessities: bathrooms, covered floors, and adequate housing. It was obvious that while they worked hard, they seldom had opportunity to learn skills that would provide adequately for their needs.

At the same time it was apparent that most of us in the United States were physically and financially capable of teaching and serving people there. Learn more...



Safety in Mexico

We are very appreciative of your concern and awareness of the situation in Mexico. This year we canceled all trips scheduled to Casas Grandes, Bermejillo, Monterrey and Torreon because of the violence concentrated in those northern areas. We chose Veracruz as our focus, primarily because of its safety. Learn more...
